We provide web design, graphic design, logo design, branding, and related digital services. All projects are handled professionally to ensure high-quality results.

1.1 Project Scope & Revisions

  • Each project will have a clearly defined scope, which will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • We offer a limited number of free revisions based on the package chosen. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

1.2 Delivery Time & Deadlines

  • Project timelines will be discussed before starting work.
  • Delays due to incomplete client feedback, late content submission, or additional requests beyond the initial agreement may extend the delivery time.

 

2. Payments & Pricing

2.1 Payment Structure

  • A 50% upfront payment is required before starting any project. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion.
  • For larger projects, a milestone-based payment plan can be arranged.

2.2 Refund Policy

  • Payments are refundable if if client send refund request before work start but transection charges may apply
  • If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed
  • If we have completed project and then client ask for refund then in this case payment will be non-refundable but we’ll make some changes in their project for client’s satisfaction

 

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project completion, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely feedback when required.
  • Submit necessary materials (logos, images, text content, etc.) before project deadlines.
  • Respect the agreed project scope; any additional work will be charged separately.

 

4. Ownership & Copyright

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final design and website. However, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
  • We do not provide raw design files (e.g., PSD, AI) unless previously agreed.

 

5. Revisions & Support

  • Free support for 7 days after project completion for minor changes and bug fixes.
  • Any major changes or additional requests will be billed separately if the project was for Basic Package

 

6. Liability & Warranty

  • We are not responsible for any website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party service failures.
  • We do not guarantee specific business results (such as sales or rankings) from any design or website, but still we’ll try our best with SEO

 

7. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to communicate for more than 15 days, provides misleading information, or violates our policies.

Refund Policy

    Once the project is marked as completed and delivered:

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will offer reasonable revisions or adjustments within the scope of the original project.

  1. Exceptions & Limitations

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products, custom code, or raw design files once delivered.

  • Any delays or issues caused by the client (such as late content or lack of communication) will not be grounds for a refund.
