Welcome to our freelance website, By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide web design, graphic design, logo design, branding, and related digital services. All projects are handled professionally to ensure high-quality results.

1.1 Project Scope & Revisions

  • Each project will have a clearly defined scope, which will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • We offer a limited number of free revisions based on the package chosen. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

1.2 Delivery Time & Deadlines

  • Project timelines will be discussed before starting work.
  • Delays due to incomplete client feedback, late content submission, or additional requests beyond the initial agreement may extend the delivery time.

 

2. Payments & Pricing

2.1 Payment Structure

  • A 50% upfront payment is required before starting any project. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion.
  • For larger projects, a milestone-based payment plan can be arranged.

2.2 Refund Policy

  • Payments are refundable if if client send refund request before work start but transection charges may apply
  • If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed
  • If we have completed project and then client ask for refund then in this case payment will be non-refundable but we’ll make some changes in their project for client’s satisfaction

 

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project completion, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely feedback when required.
  • Submit necessary materials (logos, images, text content, etc.) before project deadlines.
  • Respect the agreed project scope; any additional work will be charged separately.

 

4. Ownership & Copyright

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final design and website. However, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
  • We do not provide raw design files (e.g., PSD, AI) unless previously agreed.

 

5. Revisions & Support

  • Free support for 7 days after project completion for minor changes and bug fixes.
  • Any major changes or additional requests will be billed separately if the project was for Basic Package

 

6. Liability & Warranty

  • We are not responsible for any website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party service failures.
  • We do not guarantee specific business results (such as sales or rankings) from any design or website, but still we’ll try our best with SEO

 

7. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to communicate for more than 15 days, provides misleading information, or violates our policies.

Web Design Service Policy

At AQK SERVICES, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design services to clients worldwide. To ensure smooth collaboration, transparency, and a positive experience, we kindly ask all clients to review the following service policies:

1. Project Scope

  • Each project begins with a clear discussion of your requirements, goals, and preferences.

  • The agreed scope of work, features, and timeline will be documented before starting.

  • Any additional features or major changes requested outside the agreed scope may result in extra costs and extended delivery time.

2. Communication

  • We primarily communicate via email, video calls, or messaging for updates and feedback.

  • Regular progress updates will be provided throughout the project.

  • Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.

3. Payments

  • A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before the project begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery or website launch.

  • Payments can be made securely through international gateways such as Payoneer, Credit/Debit Cards, or Bank Transfer.

4. Revisions

  • Each package includes a set number of revisions (as outlined in our chosen plan).

  • Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are free of charge.

  • Additional revisions or major redesigns outside the package may require extra fees.

5. Delivery & Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time will be agreed upon before starting.

  • Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or third-party issues are not our responsibility.

  • Once approved, the final website will be delivered/uploaded to your hosting or provided as agreed.

6. Content & Materials

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate text, images, and other content for the website unless content creation is part of the service package.

  • We are not responsible for copyright issues related to content provided by clients.

7. Ownership & Rights

  • Upon full payment, you own the rights to your website design and content.

  • We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

8. Support & Maintenance

  • Basic support (bug fixes, small adjustments) is provided for a limited time after delivery.

  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, or additional support can be arranged under a separate service agreement.

9. Confidentiality

  • All client information, project details, and data shared with us remain strictly confidential.

Refund Policy

At AQK Services, we aim to provide high-quality digital services and a smooth experience for every client. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

  1. Before Work Begins
    Clients are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction charges) if the request is made before any work has started on the project.

  2. After Project Has Started
    If the project has already started and the client chooses to cancel:

  • A partial refund may be issued based on how much work has been completed.

  • Refund amount will be fairly calculated, and documentation may be provided upon request.

  1. After Project Completion
    Once the project is marked as completed and delivered:

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will offer reasonable revisions or adjustments within the scope of the original project.

  1. Exceptions & Limitations

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products, custom code, or raw design files once delivered.

  • Any delays or issues caused by the client (such as late content or lack of communication) will not be grounds for a refund.
